What's the minimum group size?
Our programmes start at 20 pax. The most competitive pricing sits at 30-50. Above 50, pricing holds well but vehicle availability needs earlier confirmation.
How far ahead do I need to plan?
Nine months is our published anchor: the window where we're competitive on price and can confirm hotel and coach availability cleanly. Last-minute enquiries aren't flyEurope's strength for coach, and we'll say so honestly if the timing doesn't work.
Will my client ever see flyEurope's name?
No. Every voucher, roadbook, and document carries your agency brand. flyEurope and our ground suppliers stay invisible throughout.
What experience does flyEurope have with coach?
Coach is a new line, with first departures mid-2026. We're not claiming a 20-year track record. We're building one. What we are claiming: a coordinator on every trip who speaks your client's language and knows Europe, and a ground operation that carries the load so you don't have to.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Your coordinator travels with the group from departure to the last transfer. If the restaurant can't seat 42 at the agreed time, the coordinator resolves it. You find out after, not in a call during the trip.
