How far in advance does the client need to book?
4 months is the standard lead time for most supercar programmes. That covers car availability, hotel bookings, and Tour Director scheduling. Closer windows are sometimes possible — call us and we'll tell you honestly.
What's actually included in the programme price?
Vehicle hire, fuel for the defined route, a professional Tour Director on every drive, 5-star hotel accommodation, and 24/7 on-trip support. Meals and personal expenses are not included unless specified in the brief.
Do you contact our clients directly at any point?
Never. flyEurope does not contact your clients. All communications go through you. Every document and transfer confirmation goes out under your brand.
Who handles breakdowns and roadside incidents?
Our ground team. Every programme includes full coverage and a Tour Director who knows the route — they're the first call, not a generic helpline. Major manufacturer warranties apply on all vehicles.
Can you add helicopter transfers for a corporate group?
