“How do I get net rates?”
Send us a brief. First response within 4 business hours — complete net-priced programme within 12. We don't publish a rate card; every programme is quoted based on the specific brief.
“Can I request custom itineraries?”
Yes. Every programme is a starting point. We build bespoke from any client brief across 35+ countries.
“What if something goes wrong on the ground?”
You'll hear from us before your client escalates. We operate 24/7 on-trip support and deal with issues directly. Post-trip, we send a summary of anything that required intervention and any refunds due within 48 hours.
“Do you handle halal requirements for Indian and GCC clients?”
Yes — this is something we take seriously rather than treating as an add-on. For groups from India and the Gulf, we confirm halal restaurants in writing before departure, build prayer-time-aware daily schedules, and source Jain and vegetarian meal options at each hotel where required. We can also flag ZamZam water availability and proximity to mosques along major routes.
“Can you handle large Indian group tours — 100+ pax with multiple coaches?”
Yes. Multi-coach group logistics across Europe is one of our core capabilities. We coordinate convoy routing, staggered hotel check-ins, meal timing for large groups, and backup vehicle arrangements. We work with regional coach partners across the Schengen area, the Balkans, and Turkey.
