Do you have a minimum booking requirement?

No minimum. Your first booking can be a single self-drive couple for a week in Italy. We want agents to try the product without risk — so there's no commitment threshold.

How do I get net rates?

Send us a brief and we respond with a full programme proposal including B2B net pricing within 4 business hours. We don't publish a rate card — every programme is quoted based on the specific brief.

Can I request custom itineraries?

Yes. Every programme is a starting point. We build bespoke from any client brief across 35+ countries.

What if something goes wrong on the ground?

You'll hear from us before your client escalates. We operate 24/7 on-trip support and deal with issues directly. Post-trip, we send a summary of anything that required intervention and any refunds due within 48 hours.

Do you sign a B2B agreement?

Yes. Every working relationship starts with a simple B2B trade agreement that formalises the net-rate arrangement, confidentiality, and no-direct-contact commitment. Contact us to receive the standard agreement.

What currencies do you quote in?

EUR for most programmes. CHF for Switzerland-specific products. USD available on request for US-based agents.

Can I white-label the PWA app under my brand?

Yes — the self-drive PWA is fully white-labelled. Your client sees your agency name, logo, and colours. There's no flyEurope branding in the client-facing experience.

How quickly do you respond to quote requests?

Within 4 business hours for programme requests. For on-trip emergencies, 24/7.
