Private & Chauffeured

The trip a coach
can't take.

The back road chosen for how it feels. The hilltown the bus passes. The restaurant that seats eight, not forty.

Family with young children being greeted by a chauffeur beside a Mercedes V-Class
Who this is for

The client the bus left behind.

Multigenerational family with a Mercedes Sprinter on a European trip

Three generations, one trip.

Grandparents, parents, children. A route that works for all three — not the efficient compromise that satisfies none.

They become a different family in it.

V-Class through Alsace, village market stop, screens away. The shared road together does it.

Group outside a Mercedes Sprinter on a European trip

The trip they promised each other.

A 60th birthday. Fifteen people, high stakes — everything must be right. Coordinator on the ground; nothing left to improvise.

The difference

These experiences don't exist at coach scale, full stop.

Not a coach tour done better. A fundamentally different product.

Colmar at their pace.

Colmar at their pace.

The cobblestones walked slowly because the light through the old town is doing something beautiful — and nobody has a schedule.

What both sides experience

Handled from your end. Remembered from theirs.

Handled. Arrival to arrival.

Nothing reaches you on trip day. Coordinator on the ground — you pick up the phone after.

Colmar canal at evening light — the private Europe trip your client wanted

Unhurried. Private. Entirely theirs.

The landscape changes. The screens stay away. They find themselves present.

Service levels

Two tiers. Your margin on both.

Standard works from around ten guests — the honest floor of how chauffeur and coordinator labour adds up. Premium scales from one.

European countryside vineyard road — the kind of route a private Sprinter takes

Standard

Private travel at a sensible price.

Standard10–19 pax

Three families in the Sprinter, driving south through the Loire Valley. They stopped at a cave they found by chance, stayed an extra night in Blois because the rain on the river was beautiful. The coach they'd almost booked would have left that morning.

Agent questions

What agents ask before their first booking.

What's the minimum group size?

Premium is open from 1 pax — a solo traveller, a couple, a family, up to 19. Standard works from around 10 guests; the economics of chauffeur and coordinator labour require it. Below 10, we'll tell you which tier is the honest fit.

How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?

First response within 4 hours. Premium requires 10–12 weeks of lead time from confirmation; Standard requires 4 months. Most European luxury operators ask for six months — we're built around how our clients actually plan.

Will my client ever see flyEurope's name?

No. All itinerary documents, confirmations, and on-trip communications carry your brand. flyEurope never contacts your client — we are the ground operation, not the agency.

Is this net-priced or commissionable?

Net-priced throughout. You quote your rate, we quote the net. The margin between the two is yours.

What happens if something changes mid-trip?

Your coordinator is on the ground, not on a call centre list. If the client wants to switch tomorrow's hotel at 10pm, the coordinator calls one number and it is sorted before breakfast. You find out in the morning.
