Arrival Zurich - Lucerne
Arrival at Zurich Airport by international flight. Meet and greet with the English-speaking tour escort, followed by a coach transfer to Lucerne (approx. 45 minutes). Lucerne sightseeing led by the tour escort: Mount Titlis cable car and glacier (year-round snow and panoramic alpine views), Chapel Bridge (Europe's oldest covered wooden bridge, photo stop), Lucerne Old Town walking orientation, and the Lion Monument (photo stop). Note: from mid-November Mount Titlis closes for maintenance and the itinerary switches to Mount Pilatus. Overnight in Lucerne (or Zurich) at a 4* hotel or similar, standard room.
Lucerne - Rhine Falls - Titisee - Heidelberg
Breakfast at the hotel, then depart via Rhine Falls and Titisee to Heidelberg. Sightseeing led by the tour escort: Rhine Falls (Europe's largest waterfall, photo stop), Lake Titisee walking orientation in the Black Forest, and a Black Forest cuckoo clock workshop visit. Heidelberg Old Town walking orientation, Karl Theodor Bridge (18th-century stone bridge, photo stop) and the Neckar River. Overnight in the Heidelberg / Mannheim area at a 4* hotel or similar.
