Zagreb - Bihac
Arrival by international flight. After passport control, meet the tour escort at the airport for a warm welcome and a full briefing on the tour. Zagreb walking tour with a local guide: Ban Jelacic Square, St. Mark's Church, the Upper and Lower Town, Lotrscak Tower, Dolac Market, and the Islamic Centre and Mosque. Continue to Bihac. On the way lies Plitvice Lakes National Park (optional tour), a UNESCO site of waterfalls and turquoise waters crossed by boardwalks. Bihac - Travnik - Sarajevo
Breakfast at the hotel. Photo stop at Jajce and the Mlincici watermills (optional tour), a cluster of about 20 little huts that once served local farmers. Break in Travnik for a Bosnian coffee beside the river that flows next to and under the town. Sarajevo city tour: Bascarsija old bazaar, Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, the Latin Bridge, Sebilj Fountain, and Sarajevo City Hall (Vijecnica). Free time for leisure and shopping. Dinner and overnight in a standard room at a 4* hotel, Sarajevo or similar.
