Madrid - Toledo
Your guide meets you at Madrid Airport and transfers directly to Toledo (1 hour). A panoramic bus tour is followed by a walk through Zocodover Square, the Damascene craft workshops, and the former Mosque of Bab Al-Mardum, a 10th-century mosque that is one of Spain's oldest surviving. The group returns to Madrid for the night. Maximum group size is 8 persons.
Madrid - Cordoba
After breakfast, the group travels south through La Mancha, the landscape of windmills, olive trees, and wheat fields, to Cordoba (4 hours). Lunch on arrival, then an afternoon covering the Mosque of Cordoba, the Bridge of Musa ibn Nusayr, the Calahorra Tower, and the Andalusi House. Free time in the old quarters follows.
